Ayurveda Tip of the day

I am here with today's Ayurvedic tip... would you like to know what it is ? So yesterday we saw that waking up early is good for health. Lets see what we need to do right after waking up. How much are you willing to do to get rid of those nasty dark circles ? How much would you love ridding your face of wrinkles and having healthier younger looking - not to mention - glowing skin ?
Yes. You need to wash your face. But before that, fold your quilt and make your bed, so that you dont feel the need to sleep again :)
And before you wash your face, do one small extra thing. Fill your mouth with water as much as you can - dont swallow it. Puff up your cheeks and hold the water. This will expand your cheeks and expose wrinkly areas near the nose and eyes. Then holding the water in your mouth, splash your face with water atleast 10 times.
Doing this daily will cleanse your face and will get rid of dust and dirt in the facial pores and will also be beneficial in reducing dark circles and wrinkles near the eyes. I am not saying it will go away in a day, but it will definitely be helpful in the long run. It is also helpful for people with oily skin and pimples.
